How You Can Get Involved

1.) Reserve Your Vendor Table

Turn your clutter into opportunities! Secure your spot today and connect with the community. Spaces are limited, so don’t wait! Reserve your table now.  

Affordable Vendor Spaces Available

  • Outdoor tables for $20 
  • Indoor tables for $30 

Each 10-foot space comes with an 8-foot table, providing plenty of room to display your items. Spaces are limited, so secure yours now!

Sellers are responsible for their own set-up, staffing their booth during the event and cash float to make change. All items not sold must be cleaned up/removed following the event.

2.) DONATE Gently-Used Items

Have you got items in good condition that you no longer need? Donate them! The Agricultural Society is accepting furniture, tools, decor, electronics, and more. Donations will support the sale and help fund vital community programs.

Drop-off Location: 172 South Drive, BLDG #5 (Office) starting April 23rd.
Check in at the office for further direction.
Tuesdays & Thursdays (April 23 – May 21):
10am – 4pm

3.) ATTEND with Friends & Family

Admission is FREE! Shop, enjoy food, and take part in this exciting community gathering.

4.) VOLUNTEER

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to make this event a success! Help with setup, sales, welcoming attendees, cooking, serving and more. Volunteering is a great way to give back while having fun. Sign up today.
