❓ Where is the Fair held?
🐴 Ace says: You’ll find me at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds, 172 South Drive, Simcoe, ON N3Y 1G6. It’s right in the heart of Simcoe — follow the signs (or just follow the smell of mini donuts 🍩).
❓ When is the Fair?
🐴 This year’s Fair runs Tuesday, October 7 through Thanksgiving Monday, October 13, 2025. Mark your calendars — I’ll be waiting at the gates!
❓ How do I get tickets & how much are they?
🐴 You can grab tickets online at norfolkcountyfair.com or at all Roulston’s Pharmacy locations (except concert tickets — those are online only). Pricing and options are listed on the website.
❓ What’s included with my concert ticket?
🐴 Friday & Saturday concert tickets include your Fair admission! So one ticket = entry to the Fair + the show.

VIP Tickets: private, elevated viewing area, exclusive access to a private cash bar with varied drink selection including spirits, cocktails and canned beverages along with complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, dedicated washroom facilities, limited seating and access to the Trackside area, to get closest to the stage if desired.

❓ Do kids need tickets?
🐴 Children 5 & under get in FREE every day. Student-aged attendees get free admission on Tuesday, October 7. Everyone in the Grandstand for a concert needs their own ticket (lap infants under 2 can sit on a guardian’s lap in all-ages sections A & B).
❓ What can I see & do at the Fair?
🐴 Oh, where do I start?!
- Motorsports: Five nights of roaring engines in front of the Grandstand.
- Midway: Rides & games from World’s Finest Shows.
- Animals: Horse shows, livestock shows, and adorable 4-H projects.
- Exhibits: Baking, arts, photography, crafts, and more community competitions.
- Food & Shopping: 50+ food vendors and endless booths inside and out.
- Entertainment: Live local music in Lounge 5, roaming acts like Bandaloni (the one-man band!), plus two HUGE concerts.
Party on the Track: Friday & Saturday night concerts with live entertainment.
❓ Is the Fair family-friendly?
🐴 Absolutely! The Fair is for all ages — from toddlers eating cotton candy for the first time to grandparents enjoying horse shows. Some areas (like Friday & Saturday Trackside Party) are 19+ only.
❓ Is there parking?
🐴 Yep! On-site parking is $10, payable in advance or at the gate.
❓ Is the Fair accessible?
🐴 Yes! We’ve got limited accessible parking, accessible washrooms, accessible seating in front of the Grandstand, and accessible concert tickets available by phone (519-426-7280).
❓ Can I take public transit?
🐴 Transit in Norfolk County is limited. You can check norfolkcounty.ca/transit. Taxis are also available (519-428-9999).
❓ Can I bring my pet?
🐴 Sorry, only working service animals are allowed on the Fairgrounds. 🐕
❓ What about camping?
🐴 There’s no on-site public camping, but Norfolk has plenty of accommodations. Check out norfolkcounty.ca/visiting or the Visit Norfolk app
❓ What happens if it rains?
🐴 The Fair runs rain or shine. Concerts too! Bring your boots and ponchos — no refunds for weather.
❓ Can I smoke or vape at the Fair?
🐴 The Fairgrounds are smoke-free, including vaping. A designated smoking area will be marked.
❓ How do I become a vendor?
🐴 Vendor space is waitlisted, but you can sign up here.
❓ How do I become a sponsor?

❓ Can I refund or change my tickets?
🐴 All ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.
❓ What should I bring to the Fair?
🐴 Comfy shoes, cash/credit, a water bottle, weather-appropriate gear, and your appetite. (And maybe an extra bag for all the goodies you’ll want to take home.)
❓ Do rides cost extra?

❓ What time should I arrive?
🐴 Gates open at 8:30am daily and buildings open at 10am & exhibits run all day. Midway times vary daily. Evenings feature concerts, motorsports, and extra entertainment. Arriving earlier in the day helps you see it all without rushing.
Gates for the concerts on Friday & Saturday night open at 6:30pm.
❓ Is outside food or drink allowed?
🐴 Small snacks & water bottles are okay, but no large coolers, alcohol, or glass containers. (Trust me, you’ll want to eat Fair food anyway 😋.)
❓ Are there ATMs on site?
🐴 Yes! Most vendors take cards, but ATMs are available if you need cash.
❓ Do I need ear protection at the motorsports shows?
🐴: We definitely recommend bringing ear protection — those engines can get pretty loud! 🔊
