The Norfolk County Fair Foundation received a certificate of Dissolution as a Canadian Registered Charity on June 9, 2025

July 8, 2025 a bank draft for $121,466.09 was given to the Norfolk County Agricultural Society. This represents all the remaining financial assets of the Norfolk County Fair Foundation. NCAS has placed these funds in a separate bank account to be used for Capital and/or Special projects.

Starting May 1, 2023, Norfolk County Agricultural Society elected to participate in our right to recuperate merchant fees. Effective immediately, we will be charging a surcharge of 1.5% to any credit card transaction (in person, online or manually processed) that exceeds an invoice total and/or transaction total of $1500.00 or more. While businesses are permitted to charge 2.4% forward, we would like to meet our community part way, absorbing the remaining amount which is approximately 50% of the total costs.
