The Simcoe Parent to Parent Bazaar is a long‑running, much‑loved community sale that has always been hosted at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds. This spring, we’re excited to share that the Norfolk County Agricultural Society will continue as an official partner, helping to support and promote this well‑established community event.
This ongoing event is known as the largest parent sale around, bringing together families, local vendors, and community resources. With NCAS as a partner, the Bazaar will continue to thrive in the CIBC Auditorium at the Fairgrounds, offering plenty of space, parking, and accessibility for everyone attending.

Admission: $5 adult admission from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; FREE admission from 12:00 – 1:00 PM

Vendor Information
The Bazaar features both parent sellers and business vendors. Spaces are limited and must be booked through the event organizer, Nicole.
- Parent Table Spot ($30 each): 8’ table + chair included. For gently used children’s, family, or maternity items.
- Extra Space Parent Spot ($25 each): No table included. Must be booked alongside at least one Parent Table spot.
- Business Vendor Table Spot ($75 each): For handmade, new/boutique items or promotional/advertising booths. Availability is limited to ensure variety.
- 2‑Table Promo Special: Book 2 table spots and receive three 6’ tables instead of two 8’ tables. Limited time/quantity.
- Table Size: Approx. 10’ wide × 8’ deep. Includes 2’ of seating space behind the table and 3’ of space in front.
- Wall/Electrical Spots: No extra charge, first‑come first‑served.
Vendor Set‑Up: Saturday, April 25 from 6:00 – 9:00 AM. Table layout and vendor info will be emailed the Wednesday prior.
