This event is a Fundraiser for the Norfolk County Agricultural Society
- Who is the entertainment?
- Is the event all ages?
- The Fairgrounds Festival is an all ages event with vendors, food trucks, games and activities for everyone. This includes access to the licensed local beer, wine and cider area.
- The Party on the Track, VIP area and Select sections in the Grandstand are 19+ only, licensed for alcohol service for the concerts. Section A and B in the Grandstand are all ages, and no alcohol will be permitted in Section A or B
- How Much are the tickets:
- Does my small child need a ticket in the Grandstand?
- Everyone in the grandstand requires a ticket for their seat, regardless of age.
- Is there Free On-site Parking?
- Yes! There is on-site Parking and it is FREE!
- How do I become a vendor?
- Vendors, food vendors and alcohol purveyors can sign up to participate at fairgroundsfestival.ca
- Is there public transportation?
- There is limited public transit in Norfolk County, but you can explore available options at norfolkcounty.ca/transit

- Can I refund or make changes to my ticket purchase?
- All ticket purchases are final, and absolutely no refunds or exchanges can be made after purchase.
- What if the weather is bad?
- This event, and the concerts will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be offered in the case of inclement weather.
- What hours is the event open?/ When will the bands perform?
- Is there food available for purchase?
- Yes! Many local food trucks and restaurants will be offering their various specialties for purchase
- Is the event accessible?
- We strive to provide an inclusive environment, including an accessible seating area in front of the Grandstand, and accessible washrooms available.

- Can I smoke at the event?
- The Norfolk County Fairgrounds aims to provide a smoke free environment, this includes vaping and e-cigarettes. A designated smoking area will be clearly marked.
- Can I bring my dog?
- No pets are permitted on the Fairgrounds, with the exception of working service animals.
