Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to help promote two of Norfolk County’s most beloved community events — the Norfolk Night Market and the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show. From building campaigns and crafting content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, to tracking analytics and engaging with online audiences, this role is a hands-on crash course in real-world event marketing. If you’re between 15–30 and ready to build a portfolio worth talking about, we want to hear from you.
Special Events Coordinator
Ever wonder what goes into pulling off a massive community event? Now’s your chance to find out from the inside. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is hiring a Special Events Coordinator to help plan and execute the Norfolk Night Market and the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, supporting everything from logistics and vendor communications to volunteer coordination and on-site event delivery. Facilities Assistant
If you’d rather be on your feet than behind a desk, this one’s for you. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is seeking a Recreational Facilities Assistant to help keep the Norfolk County Fairgrounds in top shape ahead of and during our signature events. From groundskeeping and general maintenance to event setup and teardown, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in making sure everything runs smoothly for thousands of visitors. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and wants real-world experience in facilities and event operations.

Customer Service Assistant
You’re the kind of person people feel good talking to — and we need more of that. The Norfolk County Agricultural Society is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to be a friendly, reliable point of contact for visitors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners. From answering phones and emails to supporting ticket sales and helping our team of 30+ volunteer committee chairs stay organized, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our events run. If you’re a multitasker with a warm personality and a professional edge, this role is a great launching pad for a career in events, administration, or communications.
