- Who is the entertainment?
- 2024 Entertainment Lineup will be announced VERY SOON!
- Both days, the event grounds will open at 4pm, and feature local acts and beverage garden activities for the duration of the afternoon and early evening
- Is the event all ages?
- The Fairgrounds Festival is an all ages event with vendors, food trucks, games and activities for everyone. This includes access to the licensed local beer, wine and cider area.
- The Party on the Track, VIP area and Select sections in the Grandstand are 19+ only, licensed for alcohol service for the concerts. Section A and B in the Grandstand are all ages, and no alcohol will be permitted in Section A or B
- How Much are the tickets:
VIP (19+) VIP Section, Licensed, includes – elevated bar selection (including spirits available for purchase), exclusive viewing area with increased spacing, some seating, dedicated bar service and restrooms for section. Event grounds (beverage gardens, food trucks, games, live music at Pre-Concert Party) open at 4pm VIP Section opens at 6:30pm Free parking Must be 19 years of age or older to enter VIP Area | TRACKSIDE (19+) General Admission, Licensed, standing room, some stand-up tables. - Does my small child need a ticket in the Grandstand?
- Everyone in the grandstand requires a ticket for their seat, regardless of age.
- Is there Free On-site Parking?
- Yes! There is on-site Parking and it is FREE!
- How do I become a vendor?
- Vendors, food vendors and alcohol purveyors can sign up to participate at fairgroundsfestival.ca
- Is there public transportation?
- There is limited public transit in Norfolk County, but you can explore available options at norfolkcounty.ca/transit

- Is there camping available?
- There is no on-site camping available, though there may be some options available at campgrounds in the area. More information about Norfolk County accommodation options can be found at norfolkcounty.ca/visiting

- Can I refund or make changes to my ticket purchase?
- All ticket purchases are final, and absolutely no refunds or exchanges can be made after purchase.
- What if the weather is bad?
- This event, and the concerts will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be offered in the case of inclement weather.
- What hours is the event open?/ When will the bands perform?
- The Fairgrounds Festival will open at 4pm on both Friday June 14th and Saturday June 15th, offering Food Trucks, and beer garden as well as live local music.
- The Party on the Track for the headline concerts will open at 6:30pm for those with tickets to the concert areas.
- Is there food available for purchase?
- Yes! Many local food trucks and restaurants will be offering their various specialties for purchase
- Is the event accessible?
- We strive to provide an inclusive environment, including an accessible seating area in front of the Grandstand, and accessible washrooms available.

- Can I smoke at the event?
- The Norfolk County Fairgrounds aims to provide a smoke free environment, this includes vaping and e-cigarettes. A designated smoking area will be clearly marked.
- Can I bring my dog?
- No pets are permitted on the Fairgrounds, with the exception of working service animals.
